Rodger has over 20 years of industry experience with the last 19+ of those years at Equitable. Brian and Rodger have worked alongside each other since 2007. Rodger is our team’s Advanced Market specialist and assists our clients in every aspect of their financial plan. Rodger has earned numerous industry designations and is a technical resource for all of us in the office. Rodger lives in Waukesha with his wife Melissa and their 3 college age children.
